The Hockey Access Foundation is dedicated to making hockey accessible to all. By recycling quality equipment and providing financial aid, we empower young players to build confidence, teamwork and a love for the game.

Leveling the playing field
Hockey is more than a sport. It’s a classroom for life, teaching discipline, teamwork, resilience and the value of hard work.
But expensive equipment and rising registration costs too often keep talented, passionate kids on the sidelines. We believe a family’s budget should never decide whether a child gets to develop these lifelong skills on the ice.

Our what
Three pillars that remove the cost of entry
Sustainable Equipment Access
We run a circular economy of hockey gear. Gently used equipment from our community is professionally cleaned, repaired and maintained, then offered as seasonal rentals, so quality gear stays in rotation and never goes to waste.
Removing Financial Hurdles
Our scholarship program bridges the gap between interest and participation, providing direct financial aid for local program registration fees so families can focus on their child’s growth.
Community Stewardship
We’re building a culture of paying it forward. Families we support help with maintenance and donation drives, so every player learns that being on a team means supporting the next generation of skaters.
